The RELATE 8.0 is an e-trekking bike with lots of technical highlights. The attractive frame with hydroformed tubes elegantly houses Bosch’s 625 Wh Powertube in its down tube and is designed for the powerful CX motor with its 85 Nm of torque and maximum 340% pedal assist from Bosch as well.

Highlights of the Relate 8.0 625

A Rock Shox Recon Silver RL fork with 100 mm travel absorbs big and small impacts from the riding surface at the front and, combined with the voluminous Schwalbe Big Ben tires, let you virtually float along the trail. The DEORE 12-speed gear system with the large spread of the 10-51 teeth cassette takes you anywhere – powered by the husky motor – so you can easily conquer the steepest climbs. For the downhill that follows, you can rely on Shimano’s BR-MT 420/410 hydraulic brakes, which with their four pistons in front won’t come close to their limits even when braking intensely. The welded-on rack visually fits seamlessly into the look and of course perform a load-bearing and practical function. For the good feeling when riding, we rely on the ergonomics specialists from Ergon and with the GP10 grips and the ST10 saddle we have mounted real miracles of comfort that accompany you even on long trips without causing pain. And if the tour lasts into the evening and night hours, no problem – the powerful IQ XS headlight from Busch and Müller will light the way! Let’s go!

The Relate Family

After the successful launch of the RELATE series in the last model year, we are also presenting two e-bike models for 2022 in which the latest frame production meets the latest drive technology: with 100 mm of travel at the front, the powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor with fully integrated Powerpack and a chainstay with welded-on rack, we manage the balancing act between a sporty mountain bike and a trekking bike ready for travel. And the whole thing is available both as a men’s bike and in the women’s version – it’s our most versatile all-rounder.
